The data is clear. Social scientists agree that marriage is not only good
for your health, but also positively impacts a couple's economic out-
look, increases their longevity (by 250% in comparison to their single
counterparts!), and positions their children to fare better in life. It's
no wonder that a long standing yearly celebration of marriage around
the world under the auspices of Marriage-weekinternational.com,
has now come to the US.

Designated as national marriage week, February 7 through 14, National
Marriage Week USA
, is a national collaborative campaign, designed to
promote, celebrate, support and encourage marriage and the family bond,
through various activities, workshops and seminars for singles, couples,
lay persons and practitioners. In a recent interview renowned marriage
expert, best selling author, and its national spokesperson, Dr. Gary
Chapman shared with contributor Darlene Smith valuable insights into
the mission, benefits and impact of the new national movement and
how learning your mate's Love Language can be the key to getting
the love you want.
