| (1) From the standing position go quickly into the push-upposition. After completing a push-up, (2) thrust your knees towards your chest (3) then jump as high as you can when you land back on your feet,resume back to the push-up position to repeat the process. If you find this too easy, you could modify this move by bringing your knees to your chest while you’re in the air doing the jump-squat portion. |
